The mission of RHS School-Based Healthcare Services is to provide high-quality medical and dental services that include patient-centered access, treatment, and education to school-aged children in our community through our highly skilled medical professionals.

We provide care to children in 29 different Aiken County Schools. Services will be provided in the school building or through the Clyburn Community Health Express once the mandatory parental consent form is on file.

A parent can fill out an enrollment form at the school office or by printing them out using the button below. Once the form is turned in, an appointment can be made for your child.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will my child schedule an appointment?

A parent can pick up an enrollment form at the school office. You can also fill out the form on our website here {link to form}. Once the form is turned in, an appointment will be scheduled for your child.

Who do I call if I have questions before or after my child’s appointment?

You can contact our call center at 803-380-7000 or our head coordinator at 803-219-1926.

How will my child come to the mobile unit?

The mobile unit will be parked on school grounds. The front office staff at the school will call for your child to meet the mobile unit staff member in the front office of the school. A member of the mobile unit team will then walk your child over to the unit and back to the front office of the school building when the appointment is completed.
