Remote Patient Monitoring
To address hypertension in our patient population, Rural Health Services, Inc. is offering Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)programs for our patients. The Hypertension RPM program offers patients a cellular blood pressure device that can be used from home and integrated with a dashboard for easy monitoring by clinic personnel. Patients may be referred by their providers. In some cases, medical insurance may cover some or all of the program costs.
