ABOUT Tiffany K. Boyd, MD, FACOG
Tiffany K. Boyd, MD, FACOG was born and raised in Branchville, South Carolina. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina in 2000. She also graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2000. Dr. Boyd then attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and graduated with honors in 2005 where she received the Dean’s Leadership Award and the Hilla Sheriff Award. She received the IMHOTEP award for her achievements in underserved healthcare and as the President of her chapter’s Student National Medical Association. Dr. Boyd completed her residency education at the Medical College of Georgia in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2009. She served as the Administrative Chief Resident during her final year there. Dr. Boyd was appointed to the medical staff at the Medical College of Georgia as an Assistant Professor from 2011-2013 until she joined Rural Health Services, Inc. where she currently serves as the Medical Director. She is an active staff member of Aiken Regional Medical Center. Dr. Boyd is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a published journalist for the Student National Medical Association. She is married with 2 sons. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fine arts, football and spending time with her family and friends.
