About Me: Outside of RHS, I am a gardener, sailor (small craft), e-biker, hiker, scuba diver, and digital journalist (crafty digital things). I had the honor of serving my country for 33 years. Enlisted after high school and retired several years ago as an officer, achieving my dream of becoming an Army Nurse. Serving and caring for people remains my passion. I believe patients are partners in their health care. Concerns regarding treatment plans and medications matter. My goal is to help patients become educated consumers to make sound choices about their health care.
